Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be advised: if your item is not in stock and we are waiting on a shipment, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £5.00 flat rate shipping within the UK with Evri. We also offer delivery via Royal Mail for £5.00 and quicker delivery via Evri for £6.00 & £7.00 depending on service chosen.
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery with every order £60 and over to the UK
International Shipping
We are able to ship to anywhere in the world. As we are an independent company, we cannot provide a flat rate shipping fee so the size and weight of the parcel will determine the cost.
Please contact us prior to ordering at contact@topsycurvy.co.uk with the items and sizes you are interested in purchasing and we can send an estimated shipping price. If you place your order we will email you a shipping invoice as standard (please check your junk/spam folder) which must be paid within 28 days. If your shipping hasn't been paid within this timescale (or you haven't arranged an alternative method with us) we will cancel your order and your payment will be refunded within 14 days back to the original payment method.

Please be advised that you may be liable for any customs fees incurred when the parcel reaches the destination country.
Pre Order Information
Please be advised; if your parcel contains a PRE ORDER item your entire order will be held until the PRE ORDER item is in stock. If you wish to order a pre-order item with something that is in stock we would advise doing 2 separate orders or contacting us on 0161 368 0863 to discuss further.
