Founded by Verity, 'Ask for Ariel' is loosely based on the successful ‘Ask for Angela’ campaign ran in bars, clubs and pubs.
'Ask for Ariel' is an initiative to bridge the gap between a child who is being sexually abused and wanting to come forward but not being able to find the words.
The campaign aims to empower and teach children that they can 'Ask for Ariel' to a trusted adult who will have the ability to help without them having to go into detail when first disclosing.
As a group of survivors, they want to show victims that they are safe, that they are believed and above all, they are not alone.
